Meet Tom

Tom Ruan is not your typical real estate agent. With a background rooted in technology and a passion for real estate investment, Tom brings a unique perspective and wealth of experience to the table. 

Tom's journey began at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his degree in Computer Science. After graduating, Tom delved into the fast-paced world of technology, working for several prominent companies, including a notable stint as a principal engineer at Symantec. 

While working in tech, Tom discovered his passion for real estate investing. Drawing on his analytical skills and keen eye for opportunity, he began building his own real estate portfolio, acquiring numerous single and multi-family homes across the Bay Area.

After accruing two decades of hands-on experience in real estate investing, Tom made the bold decision to pivot his career and pursue his passion for helping others navigate the complexities of the real estate market. 

Since then, Tom has spent the last 10 years serving his clients with integrity, expertise, and unwavering commitment.
